Visiting Play Lane

General information

• Play Lane MK Ltd operates a children's role play centre and event venue designed for children aged 0 to 7 years.
• By entering our premises, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
• These terms are subject to change without notice; the latest version is always available at the reception or on our website.

Supervision and parental responsibility

• All children must be supervised by a responsible parent or guardian (aged 18+) at all times.
• Play Lane MK Ltd accepts no responsibility for the supervision of children or any injuries or incidents that occur due to lack of supervision.
• Parents and guardians are solely responsible for ensuring the safety and behaviour of the children in their care.
• Children must not be left unattended at any time.

Use of play areas

• The play areas are designed for children aged 0 to 7, but older children are allowed to join provided they are respectful towards the younger ones.
• Equipment must be used appropriately and for its intended purpose only.
• Rough play, running, climbing on furniture, and other potentially unsafe behaviour are not permitted.
• Play Lane MK Ltd reserves the right to remove any child or adult behaving inappropriately or causing a disturbance, without refund.

Health, safety and injuries

• Entry and use of the facility is entirely at your own risk.
• While Play Lane MK Ltd maintains safety procedures and conducts regular equipment checks, we accept no liability for injuries, accidents, or loss or damage of personal property occurring on the premises.
• Any injury or concern must be reported to a staff member immediately.
• We do not provide medical assistance beyond basic first aid supplies.

Food and allergies

• Hot and cold food and drinks are served on site. Some food items contain allergens, including but not limited to gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs.
• While we take precautions to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
• It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure they and their children do not consume anything that may cause an allergic reaction.
• No outside food or drink is permitted, except for baby formula or breastmilk, or with prior agreement (e.g. dietary requirements or medical conditions).

Hygiene and illness

• Please do not visit if your child or anyone in your party is unwell or has experienced symptoms of illness (e.g. vomiting, diarrhoea, fever) in the last 48 hours.
• Play Lane MK Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears unwell to protect the health and safety of others.

Booking, cancellations and refunds

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
• No refunds are provided for missed sessions or for early departures.
• Party bookings are subject to separate terms and conditions, available upon request or at the time of booking.

Photography and CCTV

• CCTV is in operation throughout the premises for safety and security.
• Staff or authorised photographers may take photographs or videos for marketing purposes. We will not publish photos showing visible facial features of minors unless you have provided explicit consent. You may opt out by notifying a member of staff.
• Parents and guardians are welcome to take photos of their own children but must ensure no other children appear in the photos unless prior consent has been given.

Damage and misconduct

• Parents and guardians are responsible for any damage caused by their children to the play equipment, furniture, or facilities.
• Any misconduct, including abuse toward staff or guests, will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund and potential banning.

Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Play Lane MK Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damage of any kind arising from your use of the facility.
• This includes, without limitation, personal injury, property damage, allergic reactions, or loss or theft of personal items.

Acceptance of terms

• By entering the premises or making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
• It is the responsibility of all visitors to read and comply with all posted rules and verbal instructions from staff.
